Blue Lake Glass & Aluminum is a Dubai workshop making custom glass, mirrors and aluminum to order — shower enclosures, partitions, railings, doors, table tops and LED mirrors. Every piece is cut for one specific opening, in one specific room.
What we do
One workshop, from measurement to the last silicone bead.
Most glass complaints in Dubai homes are not really glass complaints. A shower door that stops closing flush, a partition with an uneven shadow gap, a mirror sitting a few millimetres proud of the wall — nearly all of it traces back to a measurement taken in a hurry, or to a panel ordered in a standard size and forced to fit a wall that was never square.
So we keep the whole chain in one place. We measure the space, fabricate the glass, and install it ourselves — no middleman, and no subcontracted fitter turning up with a panel someone else cut. If something needs adjusting, the people who measured it are the people who come back.
We cover the whole of Dubai, from apartments in JVC and Dubai Marina to villas in Arabian Ranches and offices in Business Bay.
Our customers are homeowners, interior designers, fit-out contractors and building management teams. A single replacement panel gets the same site visit as a full villa.
How we build
The parts you can't see are the ones that fail first.
Tempered safety glass
Everything we install is tempered — roughly four to five times stronger than ordinary glass, and if it does break it fragments into small blunt pieces rather than sharp shards. We work in 6, 8, 10 and 12mm, chosen by panel size and how it's supported.
Hardware chosen for this climate
We fit Grade 316 stainless steel. It costs more than the common Grade 304, but it contains molybdenum and resists the chloride corrosion that pits and stains bathroom hardware in Dubai's humidity and hard water.
Measured, never estimated
Tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled after toughening — one wrong dimension means a new panel, not an adjustment. That's why we measure on site, check wall plumb and floor level, and confirm every figure before fabrication starts.
